What you'll do

• Manage common-area energy efficiency projects
• coordinate activities across multifamily properties from initiation through completion
• work with subcontractors, property managers, asset managers, and trade allies
• ensure compliance with program requirements, timelines, and quality standards
• monitor project documentation, invoicing, and billing
• serve as a primary contact for participating properties and partners
• resolve issues and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
