Job overview

The Team Member role is onsite in Detroit, MI; compensation is $17 per hour. The position supports CAVA’s restaurant team in providing guests with a memorable experience and serving food prepared to quality and safety standards. The role exists to welcome guests, explain menu options, assemble orders, and maintain clean, organized restaurant areas. By following recipes and procedures and working across restaurant stations, the team member contributes to consistent service and restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Educate guests about the menu and assemble orders
• keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized
• follow recipes and procedures
• adhere to safety and sanitation practices
• restock stations
• put deliveries away
• cross-train across the restaurant
• assist with additional assigned duties.
