What you'll do

• Run leadership meetings, company planning, business reviews, and company offsites
• translate strategy into priorities, decisions, owners, and milestones and track actions
• build prioritization and investment processes
• partner with Finance on business cases and funding decisions and with People/HR on organization and capacity planning
• assess and improve tools, data, processes, and operating infrastructure
• own the company OKR process and maintain scorecards and dashboards
• track initiative dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes
• use operational and financial data to recommend action
• drive critical cross-functional programs when focused ownership is needed.
