The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior Technician role is onsite in New York, NY, serving Staten Island; compensation is $22–$25 per hour. Lighthouse provides ABA therapy for children with autism and supports their families. Under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision, the technician delivers individualized one-on-one therapy and tracks client progress. The work supports skill development, communication, independence, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one sessions following individualized treatment plans
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• collect data and track progress
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• communicate with parents and caregivers
• document sessions
• participate in ongoing training and professional development.
