What you'll do

• Lead culinary enterprise operations
• design and execute a school lunch program serving about 400 meals daily across five schools
• grow catering
• develop specialty food products
• ensure food safety and program compliance
• build production systems
• develop menus, recipes, and schedules
• recruit, train, and lead staff
• manage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendors
• identify revenue and efficiency opportunities
• support culinary career learning experiences for interns and externs.
