What you'll do
- Schedule patient visits for all disciplines
- Update HCHB with case managers
- Reassign patients for clinicians
- Complete coordination notes
- Give direction to field staff regarding schedules and productivity
- Ensure Hospital Hold and Missed Visit protocols are followed
- Run daily reports for scheduling and billing
- Enter verbal orders
- Notify physicians of visit changes.
