What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise field personnel across multiple job sites
• plan and schedule onsite construction activities
• enforce OSHA and company safety policies and conduct inspections
• review blueprints and project documents
• perform quality-control inspections
• monitor schedules, productivity, and milestones
• maintain daily logs and safety documentation
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• troubleshoot jobsite challenges.
