Customer Service Shift Lead

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and support Front of House team members
• oversee leagues, tournaments, and front desk operations
• coordinate birthday parties and event hosts
• provide customer service and resolve guest concerns
• help manage staff schedules and event coverage
• monitor bowling gear inventory
• ensure compliance with California labor laws for breaks and meal periods
• open and close the facility, balance tills, and make deposits
• maintain a clean and safe workplace
• help develop leagues, events, and community tournaments.
