Career Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide individual career counseling and job-readiness training
• implement the Individual Placement and Support model
• support job searches, applications, interviews, placements, and retention
• build employer and community partnerships
• facilitate workforce workshops
• coordinate resources and referrals
• use trauma-informed practices
• track progress and maintain records and reports.
