What you'll do

• Accept projects from the equipment sales team
• coordinate submittals, approvals, documentation, milestones, and timelines
• communicate with installing contractors and equipment manufacturers
• coordinate equipment release, shipping, and delivery
• maintain project trackers and communicate schedule changes and change orders
• coordinate onsite services and trade schedules
• support billing and review job-cost reports
• mentor less senior project managers
• travel to project sites and manufacturing locations as required, up to 50%.
