What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair centrifugal chillers, large rooftop units, air- and water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, split systems, pumps, variable frequency drives, air compressors, and air dryers
• troubleshoot airflow, building pressure, VAV, and complex electrical systems
• perform in-field compressor repairs or determine failure causes
• manage assigned projects and coordinate parts, subcontractors, and labor
• arrange daily schedules with the Service Coordinator
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• complete timecards, service records, and inspection reports
• communicate diagnostics and resolutions to clients and team members
• follow safety standards.
