Compliance Manager — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Oversee Third Party, SCRIE, and DRIE programs
• run monthly and quarterly EIV reports
• submit annual rent increase requests
• update tenant rents and process interim, initial, and annual recertifications
• complete tenant files
• assist with special claims and lease adjustments
• meet with tenants about rent concerns
• calculate household income and allowances
• prepare for MORS and LIHTC audits
• complete annual AOC reports
• support compliance oversight and the Recertification Department.
