The Structural Engineer — Transportation Structures role is onsite in Annapolis, MD, and pays $115,000–$160,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead field inspections and condition assessments
• prepare inspection reports, CAD sketches, photo appendices, and recommendations
• prepare bridge design plans
• perform engineering calculations and structural analyses
• develop specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents
• evaluate structures and recommend repair, rehabilitation, or replacement
• perform bridge load ratings
• coordinate design and inspection activities
• review technical work
• provide construction support
• assist with project management and proposals
• mentor junior engineers and inspection staff.

Why this role
