The Landscape Crew Leader role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, working on commercial properties. Pay is $25–$28 per hour. The Budd Group provides landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. The crew leader combines hands-on landscape maintenance with supervision, coordinating daily assignments and coaching crew members so work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew
• coordinate daily assignments
• load, inspect, and maintain equipment and tools
• perform mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general maintenance
• train and mentor crew members
• monitor job quality
• report turf, plant, irrigation, or equipment concerns
• complete daily reports, time records, and material tracking
• promote safe work practices
• assist with seasonal services, including snow removal when applicable.
