The Marketing & Publicity Assistant role is hybrid in Beverly, MA, or New York, NY. Pay is $22.60–$24.03 per hour. The Quarto Group is a global illustrated book publisher; this role supports its Adult Marketing team. The assistant helps plan and execute marketing and publicity campaigns for adult publishing titles. By coordinating digital promotions, outreach, campaign materials, tracking, and administrative work, the role supports marketers, publicists, authors, and internal teams in reaching readers and industry audiences.

What you'll do

• Assist with social media, email, and influencer campaigns
• produce press releases, media kits, advertising copy, and promotional content
• coordinate book mailings and maintain contact databases
• organize award submissions and build academic and library contact lists
• support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
• coordinate author events and media materials
• provide department administration, scheduling, and project coordination.
