What you'll do

• Recognize and respond to patient needs, communicate changes in condition to nursing staff, adhere to no-manual-lift practices, assist with personal care, document in electronic medical records, report incidents, monitor skin integrity, obtain vital signs, follow infection control, and facilitate patient engagement activities.
