It contributes to the team by training utility staff, ensuring sanitation standards are met, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
What you'll do
- Train and guide utility staff on job duties and safety procedures.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Maintain and clean dishwashing stations and storage areas.
- Ensure equipment is in working condition and report issues.
- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to safety policies.
