Loan Officer

What you'll do

• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations
• compile credit histories and financial information
• meet with applicants and explain loan options and terms
• review loan agreements
• approve loans within assigned limits and refer others to management
• address customer complaints
• update credit and loan files
• submit applications for analysis
• calculate payment schedules
• coordinate with underwriters
• market bank products
• develop referral networks
• and negotiate payment arrangements for delinquent loans.
