What you'll do

• Lead and develop the studio team
• build relationships with Saks and Nordstrom management and teams
• identify cross-promotions, referrals, events, and in-store activations
• promote membership and client loyalty
• coach client conversations
• ensure workouts follow protocol
• resolve client concerns
• manage inventory
• maintain health, safety, sterilization, and cleanliness standards
• use booking, reporting, and point-of-sale systems
• complete required paperwork.
