What you'll do

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to coat aerospace gas turbine components
• prepare components through blasting, masking, cleaning, and fixture installation
• program, operate, and monitor automated coating systems and production equipment
• inspect coating thickness, coverage, and quality
• interpret blueprints, work instructions, drawings, and coating specifications
• complete production and quality documentation and report nonconforming conditions
• perform routine equipment and tooling maintenance
• collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
