What you'll do

• Complete painting projects and routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair work
• operate lawn, hand, and power tools safely
• replace light bulbs and ballasts
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• monitor work areas and equipment for safety concerns
• report hazards
• tour the facility and address maintenance requests
• maintain resident confidentiality and respect resident rights.
