Field Service Technician (ATM)

Job overview

The Field Service Technician (ATM) works onsite in Chesapeake, VA, serving an assigned geographic territory. Compensation is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technology and products. The technician maintains ATM availability by installing, repairing, updating, and servicing machines in the field. The role also supports customers through equipment training and coordination with internal and external service teams.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs or other products in the assigned territory
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• coordinate with support departments
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• manage spare parts and inventory
• complete administrative reports
• maintain customer service and company property
• follow security procedures.
