What you'll do

• Manage payroll workflow and reconcile transactions
• process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly expatriate payroll
• enter employee master data in HRIS, including wages, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information
• maintain payroll records
• verify timesheets and clock data
• prepare attendance audit reports and correct issues before processing
• provide reports to Headquarters, Finance, and Production
• reconcile accounts and manage returned funds and ACH rejects
• assist new hires with required state and federal forms.
