What you'll do

• Design solutions with customer stakeholders on the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform
• conduct techno-functional analysis of changes and requirements
• develop and optimize Opcenter Discrete modules
• provide product and technical guidance
• support incident, problem, service request, and change management
• prepare governance reporting
• lead team management, customer interactions, and knowledge sharing
• coordinate with manufacturing sites
• monitor SLA and KPI adherence and application availability
• identify process improvements
• collaborate with the MES COE, interfacing application teams, Digital Manufacturing initiatives, and product teams.
