What you'll do

• Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions
• maintain grounds, parking areas, and driveways
• perform directed facility and equipment repairs involving plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work
• clean windows and screens
• replace light bulbs and perform cleaning as needed
• service heating and cooling systems according to manufacturer specifications and facility procedures
• check work orders daily
• perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
