The Shift Lead role is onsite in Bradenton, FL. Pay is $14–$16 per hour. The role supports store operations and customer service during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead directs store team activities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers are absent, helping maintain safe, orderly operations and a positive customer experience. The role handles shift-level procedures, cash administration, team oversight, and escalation of issues to store management.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store according to procedures
• direct and monitor team members
• communicate with customers and resolve complaints
• document complaints and follow up
• perform cash counting, till preparation, cash drops and pickups, till verification, and gift card transactions
• complete electronic reports and bag/video checks
• cashier as needed
• escalate employee issues
• receive vendor deliveries
• stock departments
• support health, safety, sanitation, emergency, and loss-prevention procedures
• serve as first contact for media and regulatory visitors and refer them to the Store Manager.

Why this role
