What you'll do

• Lead teams in providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure team members greet guests with a genuine smile and warm spirit
• Lead Bojangles quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management
• Assist with creating and implementing plans that ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards
• Accept payments from guests and make change correctly
• Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests
• Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (25+ lbs. as necessary).
