What you'll do

• Help launch the roofing operation in Q1 2027
• develop the team, processes, and operating structure
• oversee scheduling, project execution, resource allocation, quality, and operations
• grow sales and revenue
• recruit, coach, and manage personnel
• ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
• monitor revenue, costs, margins, budgets, and performance indicators
• establish scalable workflows
• partner with corporate leadership on goals and growth strategy.
