What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for product, order, pricing, delivery, and technical inquiries
• prepare and manage quotations, proposals, blanket orders, and pricing requests
• provide product recommendations and application support using engineering resources and selection tools
• process, monitor, and expedite orders
• analyze open orders and delivery performance
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
• manage complaints, RMAs, and corrective action requests
• prepare customer performance and satisfaction reports
• maintain customer, pricing, and order information in ERP systems
• support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
