Associate Vice President, Global Client Group

The Associate Vice President, Global Client Group role is onsite in New York, NY. The anticipated base salary range is $125,000–$175,000 per year; bonus compensation may be a significant part of total compensation. CIM Group is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer, and this role supports the Global Client Group’s institutional and private wealth business growth. The role helps define and execute strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and scale global wealth platforms. It coordinates cross-functional projects, analyzes markets and competitors, prepares executive materials, and engages internal teams and external partners to advance business objectives.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Global Client platforms
• analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor positioning
• identify and implement process improvements
• oversee initiatives from inception through execution with cross-functional teams
• prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership
• work with investment, legal, compliance, marketing, and external partners.
