Lead Carpenter

The Lead Carpenter role is onsite in Byron Center, MI. Compensation is $18–$26 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Paul Davis Restoration of West Michigan restores and reconstructs properties for people and organizations after disasters and other property losses. The carpenter helps return damaged homes to pre-loss condition after demolition. The role performs reconstruction work across multiple trades, supports project managers with materials and punch lists, and contributes to customer service and team coordination.

What you'll do

• Rebuild homes after demolition, including insulation, drywall, trim, painting, flooring, and cabinetry
• assist project managers with material delivery and punch-list duties
• maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks
• support teammates and provide leadership when needed
• deliver customer service.
