Armed Security Driver

Job overview

The Armed Security Driver role is onsite in Washington, DC, with pay of $50 per hour. The position is embedded with a client and supports Concentric’s security and protection services. The schedule consists of four consecutive 12-hour workdays followed by four days off, rotating between day and night shifts approximately every three months; travel up to 10% is required. The driver provides secure, timely transportation for the client and guests while coordinating routes, vehicle readiness, and movement logistics. The role also supports residential security and responds to safety or security concerns to protect passengers and the client’s site.

What you'll do

• Provide personal driving service for the client and guests
• safeguard passengers during transit
• plan routes and alternate routes
• coordinate movement logistics and emergency contingencies
• operate and inspect vehicles
• identify threats and intervene when appropriate
• render aid during illness or accidents
• coordinate pickup and drop-off with security teams
• provide residential security support, including patrols, property checks, access verification, and visitor check-ins
• track vehicle maintenance
• communicate delays and client needs
• comply with applicable laws and procedures.
