What you'll do

• Supervise housekeeping staff
• conduct briefings, assign duties, and inspect work
• train and coach room and public-area attendants
• inspect guest rooms, patios, corridors, and public areas
• address guest complaints and housekeeping issues
• coordinate room turnover
• manage supplies, linen, and equipment
• maintain room-status and productivity records
• assist with staff scheduling
• respond to guest requests.
