Dispatcher / Route Manager

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, and equipment
• develop and optimize daily routes
• use dispatching and routing software to track jobs
• communicate with drivers about schedules and changes
• handle customer scheduling and service requests
• coordinate equipment readiness with sales, yard, and operations
• resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues
• maintain service tickets, work orders, logs, timesheets, and customer communications
• track operational metrics
• support safety and DOT compliance
• assist with driver onboarding and training
• lead driver meetings.
