Field Project Manager

By coordinating documentation, updates, and closeout activities across Operations, Design, Accounting, and Field teams, the manager supports project efficiency and accurate communication.

What you'll do

• Maintain project documentation and digital filing systems
• track submittals, RFIs, finish schedules, and approvals
• prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• support contract, purchase order, and vendor communications
• distribute updated drawings and revisions
• maintain project trackers and assist with master schedules
• update weekly milestone logs
• coordinate material delivery tracking and installation timelines
• track lead times, invoices, change orders, and cost adjustments
• compile client reports and progress recaps
• track punch-list items and assemble closeout binders.
