What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notify appropriate personnel, and document actions
• prepare clear and accurate reports.
