Client Care and Sales Specialist

Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The Client Care and Sales Specialist is an onsite role in Rockledge, FL. The position supports Your Hometown Handyman by guiding homeowners from initial inquiry to an appropriate service solution and keeping projects organized through completion. The specialist combines consultative sales with client communication and project coordination. By managing leads, estimates, scheduling, follow-up, and client records, the role helps keep commitments on track and supports repeat business and client retention.

What you'll do

• Lead sales conversations using discovery to understand homeowner needs
• present value, address objections, and seek the business
• communicate with homeowners by phone, text, email, and online inquiries
• coordinate estimates, scheduling, follow-up, project details, and client records
• maintain CRM records
• resolve open questions, approvals, payments, and scheduling needs
• use the Client Follow-Up System to check on client experience and reconnect with past clients.
