Lead Fulfillment Associate – Second Shift

The Lead Fulfillment Associate role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with the rate dependent on shift and subject to change with business needs. ShipBob provides fulfillment services and technology for ecommerce merchants. The associate supports warehouse fulfillment operations across receiving, picking, and packing, helping ensure inventory and shipments move accurately through the process. The role also supports product safety, quality, traceability, and efficient operations by following procedures and assisting other areas as needed.

Why this role

Previous warehouse experience is not required; a seven-day training program is provided. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing and walking through 8–10-hour shifts.
