The Classroom Aide 3 role is onsite in Lynn, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (35 hours per week). Pay is $22.08 per hour. Bridgewell provides social and human services that support people with disabilities and other life challenges. The aide provides one-to-one support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities, helping with daily living and Day Services Plan objectives. The role contributes to individual goals through training, documentation, program participation, and protection of each person's rights and confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support and assistance with activities of daily living
• work with and train individuals on Day Services Plan objectives
• collect goal data and document medical data or target behaviors
• participate in arrivals, breaks, lunches, and departures
• maintain the program and report maintenance issues
• protect individual rights and confidentiality
• complete assigned administrative duties and meetings
• maintain FA/CPR and PABC certifications.
