Technician — Engineering and Maintenance

The Technician — Engineering and Maintenance role is onsite in Sacramento, CA. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. The role supports Nivagen Pharmaceuticals’ manufacturing operations by maintaining HVAC, building management system (BMS), and environmental monitoring system (EMS) equipment. The technician operates and maintains systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations and minimize downtime. Routine inspections, preventive maintenance, documentation, and coordination with the maintenance team contribute to manufacturing productivity and compliance.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain HVAC, BMS, EMS, and supporting areas
• monitor systems for malfunctions and maintenance needs
• perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• maintain daily operation, maintenance, and safety logs
• coordinate repairs and improvements
• follow environmental policies and regulations
• prepare system SOPs and EOPs
• follow good documentation practices.
