What you'll do

• Assist with ambulation and transfers
• help residents with meals, hydration, hygiene, dressing, and continence care
• collect specimens and measure intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe residents and report changes or unusual findings to the Charge Nurse
• maintain records
• attend required in-service classes
• clean equipment and keep utility and service rooms orderly
• report accidents or dangerous situations
• and maintain confidentiality.
