What you'll do

• Complete assigned apartment make-ready work
• perform carpentry and building inspections
• repair flooring, countertops, and roof coverings
• complete maintenance service requests and preventive maintenance
• operate and maintain tools and equipment
• monitor building systems
• assist with groundskeeping and apartment trash-outs as directed
• maintain inventory
• and respond to scheduled 24-hour emergency maintenance service. The role requires willingness to be on call and travel to other Ashford Communities as needed.
