What you'll do

• Set up and start grinders or pelletizers
• load material and adjust equipment
• support extrusion operations, including stringing the line, doffing rolls, and grinding scrap
• monitor scrap grinding and line settings
• check product quality with measurement tools
• complete logs and production records
• report machinery issues and maintenance needs
• maintain cleanliness
• operate a forklift to move materials
• use PeopleSoft to report production and record product consumption.
