The Home Health Aide – Patient Care role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with full-time employment. Pay is $16.50–$18 per hour. The role provides one-on-one care to patients in their homes for IRIS Home and Personal Care. The aide supports patients’ daily activities and personal care while helping maintain a safe, healthy home environment. By recording observations and engaging patients in activities, the aide contributes to individualized care and communication with the supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with transfers between beds, baths, wheelchairs, and automobiles
• change linens, do laundry, clean the home, and assist with personal care
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, and concerns
• report observations to the supervisor
• converse or read with patients
• give medications and immunizations
• engage patients in exercises or other activities.

Why this role
