What you'll do

• Analyze occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance, work-order, unit-turn, make-ready, and resident-activity data
• prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• monitor metrics and identify trends and variances
• track unit turns, vendor performance, work orders, deadlines, and property indicators
• collect, validate, and reconcile data across teams
• identify process gaps and support improvements
• maintain datasets, trackers, dashboards, and documentation
• support forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
• translate data into insights and recommendations.

Why this role
