What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• perform care-related light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• give medication reminders without administering medication
• observe and report changes
• complete electronic visit documentation
• follow the Plan of Care and agency policies.
