What you'll do

• Coordinate employee activities and material movement to meet the shift production schedule
• maintain effective communication between departments and shifts
• provide on-the-job training as needed
• follow work instructions and safety procedures and complete forms and reports
• work with key individuals to support quality standards and ISO procedures
• assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and reporting
• provide supervisor backup as needed
• assist with employee goals and performance evaluation input
• help employees with tasks and breaks
• ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
