What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair assigned equipment
• own customer problems through resolution or escalation
• perform minor repairs and component replacements on PCs, workstations, printers, POS systems, ATMs, kiosks, and proof encoders
• assist with site preparation, cabling, equipment staging, and testing
• perform preventive maintenance
• follow security procedures at financial institutions
• report calls, activity, expenses, and asset information
• communicate with customers and support teams
• work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call.
