The Medical Assistant — Grand Valley Pediatrics is an onsite role in Grand Junction, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and some Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The position supports patient care at Grand Valley Pediatrics. The medical assistant supports providers and assigned patients by collecting and recording vital signs, assisting with clinic care, and completing administrative and supply-related tasks. This work helps the practice deliver patient care according to hospital standards and procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide patient care to assigned patients according to hospital standards and procedures
• interview patients and measure and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height
• assist providers with assigned patients
• complete administrative functions as requested
• inventory and submit orders for medical supplies, materials, and medications.
