Estimator / Project Manager — Drywall and Plastering

The Estimator / Project Manager role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Compensation is $85,000 per year. What you'll do

• Perform quantity take-offs
• develop labor, material, and equipment cost estimates
• complete bid packages and proposal letters
• develop scopes of work with subcontractors and suppliers
• maintain project files and folders
• possibly assist with estimating software databases, processes, and procedures.

Why this role

At least three years of related experience is preferred; a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction is preferred. On Center Software (Quick Bid) experience is preferred; Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet, and Word experience is expected.
